The clock is about to strike midnight and the day will turn, so I'm in a hurry to get today recorded on the actual day...
Today was the final day of the Lomi class and it was full on new sensations and Aha moments that hit me physically as well as shifts in understanding healing and transformation.
In addition I had dinner one on one with an important friend and we opened new doors of possibility for our friendship to develop.
I can't believe I missed posting that on the 16th by just seconds!
