Day 21: Hours long and seconds short

I had other plans for today but got totally sidetracked by a phone call from an old Peace Corps friend. We hadn't talked in awhile so we had a lot to catch up on. Toward the end of the call we were both shocked to see that we had been talking for way over 2 hours. By the time we finally hung up we had actually been on the phone for 2 hours 59 minutes and 57 seconds. That has to have been a record of some kind.

Completely unrelated, my Christmas cactus I've been nurturing for 4 years is in bloom for the first time.
